I have visited this location before. The service was uncharacteristically less than stellar. My guest ordered a turkey burger with sweet potato fries. The order came out with regular fries, by the time the sweet potato fries actually came out, our meal was just about finished. The server on duty seemed to be handling multiple duties.We chalked the whole matter up to the fact it was early in the evening and all of the servers had not arrived. Previous visits were more pleasant I expect the next will be back to normal a great dining experience.Parking: It was early in the evening, I saw approximately 10 other guests upon our arrival. There was plenty of parking upon arrival.
This place used to be great, known for its strong drinks and delicious wings. However, we visited on poker night and found only two waitresses working. While it wasn't overly crowded, we ended up waiting nearly an hour for our drinks and over two hours for our food. There was a complete lack of urgency in the service, and we felt like we could have walked out without anyone noticing. To top it off, the wings were tiny—about the size of my pinky finger. I won’t be returning to this location again.
The Rum Bucket Patron Shots really set the mood for our group of friends. The restaurant itself was nice and clean, which is important. The service was attentive, and everyone in our group left happy with their meals, drinks, and the lively music entertainment.
JRCrickets was a hit with my out-of-town friends, and I can’t thank them enough for the wonderful experience. We will definitely be back to explore more of your menu selections. Happy customer here!
Went there 3 different occasions ordered Lemon Pepper Wings LITE,told the bartender that they were entirely too salty,they took them back,they came out heavily salted,not only did I not want them,she took them back came back wet(same wings)....I didn't argue nor did I eat them....then she had the nerve too look 4 a tip...And gratuity was $7 on top of horrible Lemon Pepper Wings... STAY AWAY, horrible service ????????

The worst experience at a jr crickets. Suprisiingly the wings were terrible. We went for happy hour and nothing about it was happy. It was overpriced and the service was terrible as well. We even heard another customer complaining to the cook about the shrimp they ordered and the cook did nothing to resolve the problem but say oh I remember those shrimps my bad … I will never go back to this location again..
Ooooo child where do I start!!! The bar tender for the day was lost as hell!!! Bad attitude and had horrible customer service skills. Luckily the guy with the dreds was kind and told us to forgive her!!!! Come to find out she was trying to get off!!! Food was good though!!! But I don't understand how people take jobs to dealWith the public and have the worst attitude!!!! She lucky I'm redeemed
The wings were fantastic, as always. The service was decent, though it seemed like they might have been a bit understaffed. The cashier who took my order appeared quite tired but still maintained a professional demeanor. Unfortunately, he did forget my onion rings, but to be honest, I probably didn’t need them after all. Overall, I’d rate the food a 5 out of 5.
This was my first time ever at a J.R. Crickets restaurant period, will be back in the future for their wings! I only had cheese sticks for the appetizer specialty lemonade (in a bit of a time crunch too) while celebrating a birthday.Food: 5/5

Just a random Saturday nite visit. The music is poppin. That actually brought me here from the gas station next door. Not too crowded but it’s just enough. A birthday group is turnt up. I’ll be back to check em out for sure.
Drinks are amazing!! Wings were small but not over-priced, rib tips were fried and inedible bc they were too hard. The mild sauce was amazing and so was their Blue cheese ?Food: 3/5
