I want to share my experience in this place, I spent Friday night buying two subways but the manager who was on the line super bad customer service, he was talking on his headphones and when I was asking him for the ingredients of my order he just put to laugh and wonder again what I wanted in my sandwich, but the laugh was with the person who was talking on the phone. And the same thing happened with another client who was behind me. Bad experience I do not recommend coming at night......

I bought a steak and cheese 12 inch sub and they missed the meat, they did not want to take responsibility because I did not notice the lack of meat before leaving the local. And when you buy online they put less quantity of ingredients in the sandwich, you have to order when you are in the local to have your sandwich well prepared. I have noticed that difference when I buy online and when I buy in the local.

Let me in and did NOT make me a sandwich. They said the store is closed. I would NOT have said anything BUT they were making sandwiches for 2 other people as I was walking in. Common courtesy, if you have your sign ON and you do not have your door locked AND you are making others sandwiches you should have made me a sandwich as good customer service ...NEVER coming to this Subway again....Bye Felicia...

I compared this Subway near me right now to the Subway at home in Hagerstown. The one here is horrible, the subs was a 12 inch, was NO where near that size, it was barely a 6 inch!! The ones at home are a 12 inch!! I haven't ordered one here in Hyattsville since. Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: $10–20
