I really wanted to like this place and gave it several chances, but each visit has left me more disappointed. They open at 9 a.m., yet food isn’t served until closer to noon! There’s nothing fresh available in the morning, and you end up paying full price for yesterday's soggy salads. Why isn’t the food prepared on-site? When I visited last, there were only two other customers, and I only ordered waffles (which, to be fair, are quite tasty). However, it took 20 minutes to get my order. The other customers had ordered before me and still hadn't received their food by the time I left.
I got grilled salmon salad and banana bread. The salad dressing just tasted like vinegar and made the whole salad ineadable, the banana bread was dry and tasted like nothing. Additional no napkins were served.
Terrible coffee.I ordered iced latte. She made ice coffee black with milk foam on top. It was the first time in my life that iced black coffee was used instead of espresso in an iced latte.
The food was excellent, but the service could use some improvement. It took 20 minutes to receive my waffles. However, the Chocolate Frosty was absolutely delicious.

Always love going here. The food is faddy and a bit expensive, but still really good. Will continue to come back and recommend to friends, family and colleagues :
