Anytime I find a restaurant that serves Beyond products, my mood is instantly elevated. I have to give Just Salad a well-deserved 5 stars for several reasons. For starters, ordering online was a breeze. They allow you to choose from a couple time slots instead of just telling you how long the order will take to make. In addition to salads, they have warm bowls, wraps, smoothies, and avocado toast among other great choices! I can't recommend this Philadelphia location enough! I've been eager to try Just Salad for almost a year since I work nearby, and I finally visited this week. It was an outstanding experience. First off, the restaurant is impeccably clean, and all the ingredients for the salad bowls look incredibly fresh. My server, Ivy, was exceptional—she offered great suggestions and crafted my salad with great care. I have to say, it was absolutely delicious! If your looking to check this place out I would like to recommend a close by alternative, one of my favorites, Honeygrow.I had my first and probably last experience here, mainly due to CARELESS AND RUDE SERVICE, the food was just not very good...and expensive for being pretty basic.The staff person first did not want to help me when I came in. Friendly place with fresh salads. Made to order. Very busy during lunch hour for the business crowd. Restrooms are locked, ask for the code. Salads are prepared in recyclable sustainable packaging.Vegetarian options: Well it's salad and they do have a vegetarian and I believe vegan option.Kid-friendliness: If kids want to eat salads then this is the place. When I arrived, the staff member seemed disinterested in helping me and merely pointed to a rack of to-go bags with an order that wasn’t mine. After I explained the situation, she appeared even more irritated. She was clearly having a bad day, which affected her service.
I ended up with a bowl of what resembled processed chicken fingers (which were as hard as rocks), old, dry rice, unseasoned roasted sweet potatoes, and sautéed peppers and onions—all for $20! I paid and left, having learned my lesson.
This is multiple times I have ordered and multiple ingredients have been forgotten in the salad. Im not sure if they were out of them or just forgot them, but if something isnt in stock, Id appreciate a call since I paid for it. I really love this place and so it makes me sad that orders arent always accurate. I usually go into the store to purchase because of this reason.
This is definitely my go-to spot for salads! The portions are generous, and you can choose from a variety of healthy combinations or select from their preset options. They also offer a wide range of choices beyond salads, including bowls, which is something many people appreciate. It's a great lunch option for those working in the city!
Some of the employees don't understand or speak everyday English and have trouble when asked simple questions.. Always have a problem of some sort here....I won't return.. Always a problem with my pick-up here.. I'm not sure guest relations can fix the problem as it is constant and an ongoing issue with lazy employees!

Yet another salad take-out dine-in place in center City Philadelphia. They have a good selection of salad soup smoothie options. The line is typically long during lunch time.
It was missing both the sweet potatoes and the goat cheese. the detox cleanse tastes like slightly lemony water. will not be ordering from them again.
