I wanted to pop in since she's only open on the weekends and I'm glad I did. She bakes for some of the restaurants etc. in the county but I wanted to go to her retail store in Bloomfield to see all the goodies, and I'm glad I did. Her pastries are the perfect size, I'm trying to be a good girl when it comes to having sweets but sometimes I just have to say no because the sizes are just too big but at Just Sweets they are the perfect size to eat and not feel guilty or deprived. I was so happy about that and expressed that to her. Just Sweets is one of our favourite bakeries; when we plan vacations to 'the County' we start to think about Just Sweets and how quickly we will be able to get there upon arrival... The sweets are made with absolutely top notch ingredients and made with a ton of skill (and love!). The butter tarts are tremendous as is the chocolate cupcakes and the chocolate bundt cakes. The bakery is only open a couple of days a week so make sure you google them before your visit - you won't want to miss them. Just Sweets is a treasure within the County - well worth the drive to Bloomfield.

Just Sweets (Retro Bakery) is a "must stop" if you happen to be in Bloomfield Ontario. Buy a couple of treats for your afternoon tea/coffee. Pat is an amazing baker and a lovely person to chat with about food, fun and The County. Her pies and tarts are to die for and she supplies Portabella in Picton with tarts and pies….YUM

This is awesome bakery and very reasonable! Living in Picton it's just a short drive so when my sweet tooth needs a fix this is my choice! I've been twice now and no regrets. Great value and dinner guests appreciate deserts after fine meal. Reserva una mesa ahora

It was so hard to pick just one dessert when my husband and I stopped by during our trip to the County recently. We'd seen it on our last trip, but was unable to fit it into our schedule, so we made sure to go this time around.

Indulged myself with a good selection of old fashioned sweets. Good! Found liquorise jelly beans so just had to buy those as well, didnt manage to save any for the grandchildren though!

This bakery has amazing tarts and pies. Ingredients are all organic and local which is an added bonus. From sweet to savory the pies are definitely worth tasting.

love this place, a place that obviously cares about the product. mini cupcakes to die for. pies,pies,pies. Isn't called Retro Bakery now.

organic and beets!!! My indulgence was healthy!!! Every item was made with care and quality. I have no complaints.
