at the visit of the weinberge in the district price edward we found one of two restaurants that are open on Wednesday night. what a pleasant surprise to discover this small, cozy, cheerful restaurant/shop that offers a lot of on the menu and shop, the...palate for those who have luck sitting on the theke could be watched the chef and the staff to work their magic. we had 3 different servers waiting for us and everyone knew what was next. wow. The flat iron steak we both had was the best I've eaten for years. a lot of focus on local products. the latest that they could wish. we both ordered the apple cake to dessert. note them for everyone, this can be shared, as the part is huge.
I always stop here when in the county. It's a convenient place to pick up snacks, ingredients for cooking from your rental/airbnb, or grabbing a quick bite while sitting on their patio. They carry some local beers/ciders, so you can try some if you don't...make it out to visit each place individually. They also have things like cheese, crackers, pre marinated meats (good for BBQ) although keep in mind the you are paying extra for the convenience. I love their breakfast sandwiches! The patio is really big and nice for people watching along Bloomfield main street. Check their instagram for their other food options which rotate. They have added some indoor seating as well.

Three pieces would be perfect but double up the order and enjoy a piece for left overs. Q-Trip: Last pick-up 4:45 ... plan ahead. Q-Trip: Tons of frozen pre-prepared meals choices. What a different operation than two years ago ... BRAVO.
Arrived for a bite to eat after a few hours cycling. Very busy place for 2:00 on a Wednesday afternoon in the middle of October. Seemed to be lots to chose from in the frozen prepared food section but we were here for a prepared...lunch. Choice was soup and sandwich, that’s it. Ordered the butternut squash soup. It was delicious but pretty expensive, at $7 for a small takeout container. I expect a public house to serve draft beer maybe some food to go with. On our recent visit, the beer was a limited selection in cans that you got yourself from the front counter. There was no food. Maybe this is covid related but...it just seemed odd. After one beer we were very happy to head to the Bermuda where we were served drinks and food, even in the middle of the afternoon.
we were in a circle for a week and so happy to see that bloomfield public house had reopened to eat. we had an incredible, counted meal here that was extraordinary! I can't say enough about how tasty the cavatelli and the seafood cahowder were....The service was the first price and a good choice of very inexpensive weeping. can't wait to go back!
