by the Tripsadvisor reviews we were motivated to visit this restaurant. the local is relatiw small and rather dark and very urig. on the walls hanging a lot of memories of old times. we were kindly greeted and the service was professional and very warm. front and main food were very delicious and the portions very large.We had the simmental dry aged beef and the ochsenbacke. both dishes were tastefully wonderful, the meat very delicate and the supplements wonderful. our first visit in the "kaminstube " and immediately overwhelmed by the quality and creativity of the kitchen. Wow...The ambiente comes through the limited space very familiary and original therefore, the service is very attentive and carefree. the menu is clear and seasonal. Thanks to the internet site you can always get in touch with the current offer in advance, because a table-determination is highly recommended. the quality of the food is more than convincing, like works of art. we'll be back. thanks for the super class birthday dinner.
a super good restaurant with really good gourmet food to good trips. we were there in the heavenly holidays, we had dinner there twice. here is something for the eye, so beautifully presented that it tastes just as good as it looks. we have got fish dishes if they like fish, it is recommended. good service, waitress, who can recommend a wein that fits perfectly to the food they choose.
we have spent quite spontaneously a nice evening here. kulinarisch really super, not tourist descending but something special. good wee recommendation and good maintenance of the hostes in charming sober North German art. reservation recommended, we had just luck under the week.

in the fireplace you can eat very well. you taste the fresh ingredients and the service is very attentive. great was also the greeting from the kitchen, very delicious! who likes to eat well, should definitely look over here.

in a small side street is the kaminstube. excellent eating, friendly service and beautiful ambiente. all very small and cozy. booking is worth it.
