My taste buds are so happy! The pastries here are just top notch and the flavors are so amazing. You can tell that she uses fresh ingredients- you can smell the fruit and the butter. This is now becoming a routine Saturday for me. So in love with the scones and brown sugar shortbread cookie. To top it off, seeing Karin putting the love into her baked goods- just makes me love this place even more. I can't say enough. Worth trying at least once for those of you who are looking for a yummy sweet bite with coffee. After my first bite, I was hooked.
I'm so grateful to have found Karin! She was responsive via email, helpful and accommodating to my pick up time : I ordered two dozen mini cupcakes: Vanilla with lemon Meyer frosting Devils food cake with fudge frosting And both were delicious! My younger sibling loved her mini cupcakes (as did I! Will definitely be coming back to try out the quiches in the future- they were unfortunately (for me still baking when I stopped to pickup my order and the smell was amazing!!
The Basque cake was a hit with everyone! I took it to four different parties, and the feedback was so positive at one of the first holiday gatherings that I decided to share it at three more. Many people absolutely loved it. It's quite a dense cake, so a small slice is very satisfying. And when paired with coffee... delicious! The lemon and key lime tart was also delightful.
Karin's cakes, personal touch and professionalism are a continuing pleasure to enjoy! We had the Semolina Lemon that is a must, along with the Basque, and the Chocolate Double Soufflé

The mini chocolate souffle cake, the flourless chocolate mini cake, and the ginger cake are just a few delightful options on the menu. Each one is outstanding!
Purchase a variety of cookies and mini cakes as a Thank You for Great Service gift for employees at feeding store. So far, they love love the cookies.
