I visited this morning as I have been coming for a few years the food was never on point but I wanted to give it a last chance to redeem its self. However, after ordering and waiting for 15 minutes I saw a rat running from the salad bar and into the kitchen at that moment I picked up my stuff and left immediately there was no way I was going to eat the food I ordered. I cannot believe this store is still open after what I saw today there definitely needs to be an inspection I’m going to have to report this. Definitely not worth the money I’d rather spend it somewhere more expensive if it means my food is clean and hygienic.
I would not recommend this restaurant. I found rat droppings around the store, the tables were never clean, and the food was stale and not worth the money. The service was incredibly slow. If you're looking for a nice, quiet place to enjoy your food, I would suggest looking elsewhere. The boss or manager is constantly running around the restaurant, screaming at staff for no reason. It was a disappointing experience overall.
Astonishing! What can I say, been coming here for years now, quality of food is amazing and friendly staff too! (Props to Alisha for serving me, she was lovely! . Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quick brunch or want to come here with friends for a nice meal as they have a wide range of options, honestly brilliant!
I had a fantastic time at this restaurant! The service was excellent, and the food was even better than I expected. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in search of a great breakfast or lunch with outstanding service. I have been back to this restaurant multiple times and they never fail to impress me.

The food and pastries are incredible, with delicious homemade flapjacks and chocolate brownies. However, the must-have meal for lunch is the chicken paella. This is the top spot in Manchester Deansgate for a satisfying meal.
Was told that the “tap wasn’t working” in a perfectly fine running kitchen and told I couldn’t get a glass of water and had to pay £1.40 instead for bottled water, even though free water is a legal requirement.
Across the road from where we were stay. Great selection of breakfast meals, sandwiches, paninis etc. Very well priced. Quickly made. Definitely be back
such a lovely place, the food is outstanding and so delicious the service was amazing and there’s such friendly staff who keep the shop fresh and clean
