Kelsey's Neighborhood Bar & Grill

After completing our visit to Gibbon's Family Maple Farm in Frankville, we were ready to eat supper. One of the hosts at the farm suggested several restaurants in Brockville, but for one reason or another, none of these worked out. Kelsey's had a good rating in my AAA Travel Book, so we decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. It was very busy, but we were seated fairly quickly. The restaurant was clean and our server was friendly and efficient. I chose the veggie quesadilla with guacamole. It was very good and the perfect portion for me. My friends and I like to meet at Kelsey's for lunch as they have a great menu that includes gluten-free. Service is always friendly, and if there is anything that you're not happy with, the manager will personally see that it's resolved. The atmosphere is great and we're able to visit without feeling like we're being rushed or pushed out the door.

We had a great dinner here, They were training new staff so we had two servers and the food was great, excellent service and in a pretty central location, although Brockville is not that big. Where I live many Kelsey's have closed so it is good to see the service and food quality here is still going well

Yes well it's Kelsey's and conveniently located near the 401. Thursday night is 1/2 price Wing Night. I had them hot, and being a hot food lover found them just right and not over the top. Hotness is highly subjective of course. As wings go, I thought they were quite good.

Recently went with a group of 5. Waits were what I would expect on a weekend night. Drinks were fine and my dish was very tasty. The others at my table were also happy with their choices. Would go again.

Very friendly abd quick service. We go fir wings on Thursday half price. They bend over backwards to make sure you are pleased. Including the boss coming around to tables. Love it there.

It's a Kelsey's so much like any other Kelsey's. But I have to say the food was very good and the staff were very friendly and attentive. We went two nights in a row as we stayed nearby.

the dinner choices were nice, but this was such a noisy place with televisions blaring and music going.......it was hard to concentrate on the food orders. turn down the music please.

The beer is always cold and many menu options available. I find it is just like any other restaurant serving pub food. That's great for some but I like good quality food made fresh.

Food was good, service was good, price was "reasonable". Typical Kelsey's. Lot' s of choice on menu as we all had different items.
