This is the second time I have come here . Once in April and once yesterday. When you walk in It feels and smells dirty . Both visits the servers were lovely . Both times food took way too long for wings , salad and burger considering there were only a handful of tables eating . My friend had a grilled beet salad and the beets were not grilled but from a can . My other friend had a messy fish burger and said there was no taste . My wings were good but expensive . $18 for a pound ? My bill for wings and an ice tea was $25 ! Bit high in my opinion . However I didn’t look at the price before I ordered . So I am very disappointed with the service at Kelseys, firstly I totally understand that restaurant was busy as we were told by the host they don’t have enough staff so I simply asked if they will able to give us a table he said 15 minutes and then that 15 minutes turned into an hour and we are literally standing in front of him we also asked to speak with a manager to still have an idea about how much longer she simply came and said sorry my host is new he didn’t know we weren’t taking the tables and that lady saw us waiting for about an hour, she being a manager could have come and let us know that they were not taking any more customers very stressful and disappointing from there service....

We went excited to eat some good food and waited about 20 minutes to even get some water. I was really not pleased with the customer service and had to walk in twice to remind them that we're around and we still didn't have a waiter. On the second try I spoke to this really nice waitress who offered to become our waitress in the end. The food wait was long but really good portions...maybe because it was wings Thursday. The first few minutes left a sour taste in my mouth so that's a bit hard to forget hence the 3 stars. The chicken could do with a little extra seasoning because it was bland. Not sure if I'll go back except maybe for that lovely waitress.

I really enjoyed the restaurant. We both ordered the $19.99 specials—one was fish and chips and the other was a steak. We had the option of soup or salad, and dessert was included. I have no complaints whatsoever. The food was beautifully presented and cooked perfectly. The service was excellent. It had been a long time since I visited this chain, and I realized how much I had been missing. I will definitely be going back soon to try the all-you-can-eat wings! Reserva una mesa ahora

Food was really good, waitress was very polite and friendly, always had a smile on. We ordered Mac cheese from kids menu with fries along with a build your own burger with mashed potatoes. Everything was delicious! My son especially enjoyed his Shirley temple ! We sat outside on the patio to enjoy the sun and warm weather.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian patty available for burgers.

Waitresses were super friendly. Ordered nachos and there were hardly any vegetables or cheese on them… the nacho chips were naked. Spinach dip was great. Drinks didn’t taste like the normally did/weren’t made right. Was told we would get discounts on our drinks after 8pm and was still charged full price. Not overly impressed and likely won’t go out of my way to return.

We’ve had Michael as our server twice now. He makes the experience so much better there. Very knowledgeable on menu…. And was very helpful as my boyfriend has a severe allergy. We haven’t had the best with some of the other staff. Will be back and ask to be in his section again!

Kelsey's has a lovely, cozy atmosphere no matter which city or town you're in. I really enjoyed a pint of Rickards Red with my meal, especially since it was a hot and humid day with temperatures in the high 30s.

Kelsey's in Owen Sound has, without a doubt, the best gluten-free chicken wings I've ever tasted at a restaurant! They were baked to perfection! They also offer pasta! I absolutely love this place!
