Kez - Reserva de mesa

Given the positive feedback, we had dinner at the kez, held by a couple. One of the two cooks left and the waitress was sick, the service was provided by the wife and her son, a very young boy. We've been waiting really long to be served, but given the situation, we can understand. What I don't understand is that we were served with the rassi bread several days, slightly heated to pass the pill, while the last two fresh bread panties were given to a table of 8, visibly from the premises. I ask the young boy another bread pancake but there is no more (from which the bread rassi.) he will eventually bring us half bread. We arrived in Chinon on a Monday night at 20:00 and found not much is open, even in tourist season. Kez had a 11Euro 2 course (entree/plat or plat/dessert) meal and plenty of outdoor seating in the shade, so we decided to try it out. Our waitress was nice and efficient, and the Rue de Commerce makes for a nice backdrop. The food wasn't terribly memorable, in either a good way or a bad, although I recall that their melon+ham salad was just the right thing to order during the recent heatwave (still over 30 degrees C even in the evening). So if it's either this or fast food (which isn't all that much cheaper), and you'd rather have a pleasant evening al fresco, then go for Kez.

We were directed to this establishment on advice. nice welcome. correct interior but with a rather SPA/ZEN decor. hygiene!! storage is required at the bar level, towards health. Attention to antenna insects!! I've seen only one... but one too much for this kind of establishment. health to renovate !!!!! service technicality to complete. So for the quality of the meal I might not have an objective opinion! I've got a more critical look, but still.

visiting the city, we fell on this small restaurant not far from our hotel. we went to dinner on Monday, May 29... very good...very good...not expensive, and perfect service. a strongly recommend.

tiny portions and clumsy raw materials. a cheese dessert that seems to come out of a hard discount and stories about bread ration. 4 cat chopsticks. Not recommended, tourist scam.

Nice food and good service but restricted (red meat orientated ) menu. Thus three stars seems appropriate.
