When I arrived the lady in front of me said she had been waiting 10 minutes at the counter to make her order. I could hear people chatting in the kitchen and moved to a spot where one of them could see me. Finally someone came out to take our orders. The staff were courteous and professional while taking and filling our orders.I hadn't eaten KFC in over a couple of decades and decided that I wanted to satisfy a craving. On Saturday, July 22, 2023, at 7:55 PM, I decided to treat myself to some KFC after not having it for a while and ordered a 4-piece combo. Unfortunately, the chicken was excessively dry, and the batter felt like tough leather! The taste was akin to cardboard—utterly bland! Whatever happened to the famous 11 herbs and spices that KFC is known for? I found myself having to add an excessive amount of salt just to make it edible. I guess this is what you can expect from a fast food chain in a plaza. It seems like the staff might not prioritize quality and are just there to collect a paycheck and head home.
Staff in the front is very rude unaccommodating, ordered politely but received a close-ended, cold reply. So far the worst KFC branch I have ever been to. No chicken popcorn, no poutine, no strips and they haven’t even made an effort to say it courteously. Seems like he does not want to serve customer. He is in the wrong field of work if he is going to be like that.
Always prefer to come at this location because they guys never disappoint. Ordered 4 pcs of chicken and some fries they ask me to wait for 3 mins for the fresh chicken and the order was ready exact after 3 mins and they also dropped a extra piece of chicken just for waiting. Excellent customer service along with delicious and fresh food. Highly recommend this place?

Went to this location and ordered a 10 piece bucket was told it was going to be 20 minutes for fresh chicken. No problem. Went to the car and came back waiting finally they noticed me sitting there and handed me a bag that had been sitting. It was old chicken no dark meat, old fries. Not impressed and will not be back.
This has to be the worse KFC in Canada, very unfriendly staff, the guy behind the counter doesn’t talk or smile to customers, talks down to customers and after the order was ready waited 5 minutes for the guy to get off his phone and give me my order, food was cod and greasy, will not be back and will not recommend.
After looking at all the reviews, I'm surprised the whole crew including management hasn't yet been replaced, they seriously need to do that, nobody watching the front, food slow, cold, obviously no customer service skills.
Terrible experience. The chicken was clearly overcooked and reused multiple times, resulting in small, dry pieces. The fries were cold, and the customer service was dreadful. I won't be returning.

I ordered a 4-piece chicken combo, but the chicken pieces were all very small, dry, and appeared to be burnt. This will be my last visit to this location.
The potato salad tasted like dirt. It was horrible!!!
