I have been three times to this location since it reopened because I like chicken tenders and their sweet lightning mountain dew. Every time I 've been they 've been so rushed that they have gotten my order wrong and it 's always ended in an overcharge and wrong items. I 've also never gotten, nor been offered a receipt.This time I went in to get it corrected and was told it 's the same chicken before another employee came to try to make it right. I was hurriedly given a few options without being asked which part of the order discrepancy mattered. My original order was supposed to be tenders, sauces, fries, and a drink. I finally walked out with tenders, a light/dark meat combo, mashed potat...
For all the money they put into the remodel the place already looks like where fun goes to die.The food took an extraordinary amount of time to get...the famous chicken sandwich tased old and over cooked..the actual chicken breast seemed smaller same for the chicken strips.The staff was nice and seemed like they were trying hard...but a lack of training was obvious.Fries were hot and good...but thats about it.
Walked in to pickup my online order and there was a physical altercation occurring between two employees in the lobby. They then turned around and informed me they were out of chicken for the night. I asked how to get a refund for the online order and was told oh we can’t do that, I guess we can make you more chicken but it will be 20 minutes. Terrible experience but at least I got my dinner…
I visited the restaurant for their spicy chicken and fries. The dining area is quite spacious and comfortable, making it a great place for family meals or takeout. As for parking, there is a large parking area available, and they also offer a drive-through service.

The food wasn't even that bad, taste wise it's like a 2, food wasn't cold but it wasn't hot either. The reason it gets a 1 star is they messed up the order.The fries were pretty good though. The remodel is nice too. The place was also pretty clean.
My family enjoyed the food, but it seems that someone there isn't familiar with all the meal numbers yet. Even though my order was incorrect, I still liked the food.
I ordered a 10 piece bucket with a coupon for $14.99 but got only 8 piece. Probably an honest mistake but I felt shafted anyways.
The food could be fresher, and the lines are always long. The food is just okay. #BRING BACK POPCORN CHICKEN ?
