I was here just the other day, and this one of my favorite le ann chins. No matter if there is no line or a line going out the door, they always provide prompt, but friendly service. That I feel like that I am only person in line. Of course on my mostrecent visit, I was able to get some of favorite entrees like sweet and sour chicken and of course maybe try something new likecashew chicken, which actually tasted pretty good. I placed an online order for delivery. A couple items were missing from the order so I called. The gal I talked to was very pleasant and apologized, and offered to refund the missing items. I asked if they could deliver the missing items instead, she said I'd have to place another order. So I did, but of course that means I ended up paying the service and delivery fees again. An offer to comp the fees for the second order, or even the entire order would have been nice. No such offer was given. I understand, mistakes happen. Some compensation would be nice though. Otherwise the food was good and the interaction was fine. I'd give 4 or 5 stars if not for the underwhelming service.
I visited Leeann Chin recently, and it remains one of my favorite locations. Whether there's no line or one stretching out the door, the staff always deliver prompt and friendly service that makes me feel like I'm the only customer. During my latest visit, I enjoyed some of my favorite dishes like sweet and sour chicken, and I also tried something new—the cashew chicken—which was surprisingly delicious. I appreciate that the food is not only freshly made but also very filling, giving me enough for both lunch and dinner. Adding some cream cheese wontons and an eggroll makes for a complete meal. It's actually enjoyable to return, especially now that I can dine in.
This was my third visit, and unfortunately, the food appeared dry and had clearly been sitting out for a long time. The wontons were cold and chewy. I don’t understand why I have to pay for cold fries when everything else is already so expensive. Overall, it was quite disappointing.

Honestly the food has gone down hill, customer service was good but food was nasty. The food get really old, and for 3 people it was 41 dollars. I could have gone to baker square for the same price and had a much better experience.
30 minutes before closing time and all they have is orange chicken, fried rice and potstickers and were unwilling to make anything else. If you are going to basically close a half hour early you need to change your closing time

Lemon chicken with cheese puffs were good. Other dishes looked stale like they had been sitting there for hours. Staff friendly, restaurant clean. Will go back.

Excellent service and delicious food. Kathy is a very kind and warm person; she is friendly and always greets her customers with a smile.
