all customer check you order before leave store because when you reach home you will end or without food or just 50% of the order inside your bag and the rest with the thief same kwhat happen for me tonight after reach my home 2 zinger and 4 checkin was not inside the bag , i call the store and i spoke with the manager who she have very poor customer service after explain to her what happen and i leave almost 7 mile away from restaurant she want to check the camera and after checking the camera if i was right as she said there is nothing she can do apart from drive back to store and collect the rest , she need 30 minutes to check camera , i wait over 1 hour and she did not call me , i call b...
Went to this KFC branch yesterday, first and last time! It was awful, on entering the premises your met with food all over the tables and floor. Under the tables especially. I ordered a zinger meal, the bread bun was hard in areas and the chicken was barely warm. It appeared It had been sitting around for a while. I returned my food and asked for a new meal, which I did receive. However, it was not worth the wait. The food is awful! Went to the toilet and again when you walk in your met with a very dirty area and the floor covered in water, very dangerous. Overall it was absolutely the worst experience of any fast food restaurant in Glasgow. Well done KFC Glasgow Pollokshaws Road. The award...
Coudnt get a drive through burger at Macdonalds due to length of time to wait .so KFC next door...on ordering the girl was really friendly and upbeat .good start .I drove off and pulled up to chow down on my takeaway..chips were cold and soggy .burger was flung in a bun with some iceberg lettuce .the bun was falling apart..maybe due to being out too long ..after 2 bites ...and a wee investigation into the sandwich ..I felt mugged...and the sorry chips..coke was ok though...so had to find the nearest bin .. There is no excuse too get this sandwich soooooo bad...dry and soggy ... Never ever again...KFC pollocksheids ..
The sign on the door says open Monday To Sunday from 10.30 am 7 days a week . NOT SO .. in fact if the new manager as of March 2019 has anymore unadvertised V.I.P. and new staff training parties which he has a diary full of you,ll be lucky to get in to the store at all at a time to suit YOU ... the alleged customer. When you the customer then has THE GALL to point this store opening time discrepancy to him?, you,ll be told in no uncertain terms, NOT to come back to the store. THE CUSTOMER is definitely NOT king in this business. Take YOUR MONEY elsewhere folks.

I went through the drive-thru and Sidney rushed me to place my order. When I asked him to slow down, he became defensive. I mentioned that his customer service skills needed improvement, and he slammed the window shut. The food was mediocre. I advise others not to waste their money here because they clearly do not value their customers. Thank you for reading, and I will never eat at KFC again. It was a terrible experience from beginning to end.
This restaurant goes over and above for there customers speedy service and always have a bit of a banter with the Restaurant Manager this KFC is always clean and staff are always happy to help. I asked for a zinger stacker and was giving options with this which fulfilled my needs I visit this restaurant regularly and would recommend to anyone
Ordered 2 large box meals and wings. Wings and chips cold. They replaced the order. Small chips in 2nd order they then replaced them. Mrs opens up her tower burger minus the tower arghhhhh never again. 2nd time using this sh e never again!!!!!
I purchased a £16 meal which arrived cold. After complaining to Customer Service, I was only given a £10 voucher, which did not even cover the cost of the meal. Be cautious of the cold ovens at this restaurant.

I ordered spicy wings from KFC Pollokshaws Road, I received the wrong order. I called the restaurant to clarify the mix up. They couldn't bring me my order and said l would get a refund, that never happened.
