Ordered the chicken sandwich which unfortunately had a bone (like it was a thigh or breast piece , took it back up to let them know, and they fully remade my meal AND gave me a refund without me asking! The sandwich was perfect this time with no complaints! Staff was friendly, dining area was clean, and food was delicious and affordable! They do customer service awesome here :
website says 9 clock near. it's 8:20 when I arrived. I saw some employees went out, but didn't assume they all did since there were a few cars. after approx. 5 minutes without answer I moved to the payment window and it was dark there. at least you could have said something when you're over.
the manager was very rude. we scream and tilt. and the teenager who was driving was very mouthful. and teen girls flip us out and threatened us. really should check who they work for them. happened on October 5th at 18 o'clock
3 famous bowls ordered, mine was terrible! the whole chicken was super crispy barely meat all brot, and hardly any serious! everything was just super dry and rock hard. our cookies were rock hard! kfc worst I ever had. Reserva una mesa ahora
The chicken breast meal was alright but the chicken was a little dry and the macaroni and cheese was slightly overcooked. However, it was near closing time so that might be why. The mashed potatoes and gravy was good!
Staff had attitudes. Doors were locked without a sign to tell pick up orders what to do. Sale signage still up not honored. Staff chewing on straws while customer trying to talk to them.
Don't go to the 9th and south location a half hour before they close. They turned away at least 3 cars saying they just sold the last chicken they had for the night.
To the lady at the drive thru, YOU WORK CUSTOMER SERVICE, DON'T BE A **** TO YOUR CUSTOMERS! Ohh, and thanks for making me sit in the drive thru for 10 Reserva una mesa ahora
