The woman who typically works at the bakery has a terrible attitude. This isn’t the first issue we've had with her. We were waiting for someone to take our order, and when we tried to get her attention by saying "excuse me," she simply glanced at us and walked away without acknowledging us. Frustrated, we chose to leave. This behavior is utterly unacceptable. If she’s unable to do her job properly, she might want to consider looking for a new one. When I called to speak with a manager, I’m sure she didn’t pass on our complaint. She is the most difficult person I have ever encountered.
I regret not checking my sandwiches before leaving, as I discovered at home that both had bacon in them. This means I'll have to return to Panera to resolve the issue. After this experience, I've decided this will be my last time using their service.
Furthermore, the older lady at the counter was quite rude and unprofessional—she even cursed at me. The only reason I'm considering going back is that I'm hungry and didn’t have time to make breakfast this morning. Honestly, I wish I could rate them with no stars at all.
It wasn't the best restaurant I've ever visited. It seems that the morning staff is more reliable when it comes to getting orders right compared to the evening crew.

Exellent , but please next time add a bit more soup..6 spoons to mouth soup was gone..bread bowl ofcource. Ugg..ok it tasted good
I dont like breakfast sandwiches, and that was phenomenal. Greek Yogurt with Mixed Berries Parfait was exactly what I needed.
Always good food and mostly professional staff, but prices ARE a bit steep for everything! Wished I could post a pic. :
