Had a desire 4 Hot Dogs w/mustard relish. Tony, the opponent told me they had no relish, but pimples would be good. I'm a rootbeer, too. While I've eaten my dogs, I've always been crying. I saw Tony so respectful helpful for every customer who came! He worked so hard with such teamworks to take care of their customers! When I was gone, I had to thank them 4 for their excellent service. It was so pleasing that young people are proud of their wound! It doesn't matter what kind of work u do, what counts, how good u try to do it!
I have Doordashed from your KFC/AW multiple times to wrong and incomplete orders.Today I went through the drive through and you gave the complete wrong order so I had to come back and get my order. After getting home I noticed you didn't even give the full order! Employees didn't even seem too bugged when explaining.There is no reason to have experienced incomplete and incorrect orders on over 5 different occasions from your establishment in under a year of living in town.
This KFC location was one of the worst I’ve visited. We ordered a 12-piece family meal with original chicken but were told only half original and half crispy was available. After insisting on all original, they agreed. However, the chicken we received was very salty, greasy, tough, and burnt. It seemed like they had just refried the crispy chicken and served it as original. Ultimately, we had to throw the food away.
We waited over 45 minutes in the drive-through last night. We thought it was because they were giving priority to call-in/pick-up orders but the place was empty when we finally drove off. It appeared there were ample people people working but they had no direction. Our second bad experience here, won't be back for another. The food isn't even good, mediocre at best.

Food was good and ready at the time I ordered. The employee was friendly and helpful. Lost a star because never received confirmation the order was ready and the tracking app did not work, just showed a blank screen. I ordered quick pickup so I did not have to go inside and ended up having to go inside anyway.
How in the hell is this place still in business and how in the hell do they have a passing green card? This place is absolutely disgusting. The bathrooms are horrendous. The employees are absolutely morons. Tables are disgusting. Like who would come back twice? Health department is to shut this place down.
This A&W/Kfc in roseville is amazing!! Amazingly, NICE PEOPLE they charge less for 2 chicken breast and they give me a biscuit! Whereas the one at auburn and sylvan no biscuit, charge more and not as nice or knowledgeable as the exact place in roseville where jack in the box and dollar store and chase are!
Very bad customer service . They don't cancel my order and they don't refund my money. Also I didn't get the food. Very bad i don't recommend it.
