I went to the restaurant at 9 pm and ordered 3 chicken sandwiches, one of which was spicy. They were all average in taste. The employee at the window, Ernie, took 30 minutes to give me 3 sauces for my 5 items. The quality of the chicken was not good - it tasted old and not crunchy. I would recommend going to Popeyes instead. It's a shame because I have been coming to this restaurant for years, and even met my first girlfriend in high school here.
Keeping it simple, went to purchase a meal in the drive thru and took my food home. The food felt cold coming out of the packaged and took a bite thinking nothing of it to immediately realize it was not cooked thoroughly. Batter was mushy and chicken raw. Double checked the second wrap to confirm. Called customer service and was only offered a $10 coupon or a refund. Double check your food if you even decide to go here.
Usually this location has the best tasting foods. This time the Extra crispy was ordinary. The mash potatoes and gravy...let's just say...3 out of 10. Biscuits 8. This use to have cars around the block. Hope it turns around

Every time I have gone there I get some teenager that could care less about their job. My orders always missing something and I have to drive back and like I said, the customer service sucks.
Been in line now for 15 minutes they have 20 people in back doing whatever and no cashier up front to take orders.
