The first time my daughter picked up a take-out order for us, the biscuits were left out of the order. Ignoring the old saying, Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me, we decided to give this KFC another chance. This time , the frieswere as hard as little bricks, with a texture similar to carboard. We threw them out. Additionally, while we got the mashedpotatoes we ordered, there was no gravy included in the order. I filled out a complaint form on the KFC website, and so far,have only been given the runaround. The chances we 'll stop at a KFC ever again? Slim to none.
I placed an online order totaling $63.70, but it was picked up and never delivered. The DoorDash driver told me someone else had taken my order and that there wasn’t enough chicken to make a new 12-piece meal. When I contacted the store, they directed me to customer service, who then informed me I’d receive a refund within 72 hours. I’m very disappointed and would not recommend ordering from this location. I’ll be ordering from the Blaine location moving forward. Thank you, KFC.
The chicken tenders were just as delicious and crispy as the fries. I went with friends who are vegan and vegetarian, and they decided to try the plant-based nuggets. They were yummy too, but unfortunately, the dipping sauces weren't vegan-friendly. One was a honey BBQ sauce and the other contained eggs, so they had to stick with hot sauce instead. Make sure to try them soon; they're only available for 4 weeks!
This KFC location is by far one of the worst I’ve visited, and I’ve been there three times! Having worked for KFC in 2016, I know what to expect, but each visit they missed part of my order or forgot the sauces I asked for. Who wants KFC without sauce? The meal ends up dry and unappetizing. It’s extremely frustrating to have to drive back just because they don’t manage their menu properly.

I really enjoy their chicken, drinks, and biscuits. They offer a 10% discount for seniors, which is very helpful to me. I appreciate their 2-piece meal priced at $6.00—I usually order two or three when I visit. I will definitely return!
