this place is simply uncanny and absolutely careless. there were mumbling on the floor tables that had not been wiped off, so there were on tables, tables chairs were inconspicuous, and to make worse, I drive to the bathroom to wash my hands and both bathrooms were out of order then when I made my way back into the counter to grab some serviettes, to clean my hands, I ask you a dirty one that I did not want she knew I caught her saying something about me, and when I asked what I missed, she said nothing, and if, of course, the brains look at her face in spotlights. I will not return to this restaurant again.
I went through the drive-thru and ordered a family 16-piece meal, with the addition of a wrap. When I reached the window, I was informed that there would be a wait for the chicken. I asked for just a cup of ice, but was told that it would cost the same as a drink. While I understand the prices are set, I was disappointed to learn that I couldn't even get a cup of ice while waiting, especially since there were only a few cars in the drive-thru and a couple parked. I feel like I should have been able to get some ice without any fuss.
I am beyond tired of giving this KFC location a chance. The food quality is so embarrassing to serve to my family. Last night, my family chose to eat something else due to the overcooked chicken, missing items, and weird alternatives because they ran out on something.
I waited a significant amount of time and the service was very poor. The staff was rude, and I believe this restaurant needs new management and should consider replacing all of the employees as their performance was unsatisfactory.

Service is slow, snails move faster but the food was decent. Hire some Latinos, Americans have gotten lazy, that's seems to help at the other places I've been to.
Do not eat out of this restaurant period! Ordered an 8 pcs chicken got a 10 pcs wing. Would not answer phone! Horrible service !
Wanted to try the new spicy chicken wings and they were sooo old and the you can tell the grease was old as well.
Open my food and see a piece of candy that fell out of an associate mouth in my food. NASTY! I’m reporting this
