Stopped there on 9/10 for a quick drive thru around 530 pm to grab some chicken tenders, wasn 't too busy, maybe a couple cars in parking lot, 2 cars ahead of us, you 'd of thought there was at least 6 cars ahead of us as we waited 15 minutes to get to the teller, when we got there we were told one minute please well about almost another 5 minutes I decided no thank you, I said hello to the teller, no answer we drove off, there was at least 3 cars behind us now we were gone, the poor lady ahead of us was still sitting at the window when we turned around at the stop lights to get back on the highway. We won 't be stopping there again. Fast food? Not! Service: 1
Very disappointed. Drove 44 miles just for KCF. Got all the way home to realize they forgot half of our order. Drove another 44 miles to get the rest of the order. Requested that they remake our whole order as the current chicken and biscuits was cold now sitting at home. They refused to remake the whole order and only gave what was missing. For their mistake, the miles we put in for this and the fact they wouldn’t help fix the mistake, we will not be returning.
I understand there may be staffing shortages, but there were a few restrictions at this restaurant. The lobby was closed, there was no street window or sign for the entrance, and not everyone could order from their phone. It would have been helpful to know in advance that this restaurant may not be worth the walk or truck parking.
First of all they close before 9pm and I went to the window asking what time do they close and they told me 9pm so i ordered chicken bucket and they told me ?We don?t have chicken? i think i don?t know the long form of KFC, it?s better to say we?re outof chicken not we don?t have chicken

Says KFC on the sign but the last 4 times we have went they could not complete 3 orders of a 3 piece leg and thigh combo without substitution or a 25 minute wait. And no dine in.... Crazy, can't even get chicken at KFC.

kfc worst we ever have somewhere in America. Cold pommes, dry cookies, the colonel rolls in its dig. the baxter kfc needs new employees and management.
