I placed an order using the app, which notified me that it was ready for pickup. However, when I arrived at the counter, my order was not ready. An employee informed me that they were still working on it and that I would need to wait about 10 more minutes. I'm not sure if there's a disconnect due to the time—4:15 PM on a payday Friday—but it appears that the app and counter service are not in sync. My family of five had a strong craving for chicken, but unfortunately, the restaurant was closed for dining inside, and our RV was too tall to fit through the drive-thru. However, they kindly allowed us to walk up to the drive-thru and pretend we were in our imaginary car. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It's great to encounter such common-sense people!
Despite its location on MLK (and we all know the reputation of MLK streets in many cities), this place is clean, the staff work hard, and the KFC tasted just as it should. I had a really positive experience with customer service. I also really appreciate the $10 Tuesday bucket of chicken. We had a great time here.
Ordered from here 2 days in a row (drive thru/doordash). Everytime my order is missing pieces of chicken. Either the workers don’t know how to count, chickens not ready or they’re eating them. Either way save yourself the trouble from trying to get a refund and go somewhere else.

They always get my orders wrong. I ordered 8pc family meal and asked for 2 max and ch. they gave me both mashed potatoe and my receipt says Mac and cheese. These young guys dnt know what they doing. And it never busy so why can’t they do their job right.
My grandmother lost her bank card here and they kept it safe until she realized it was missing. We called and they were very careful about it and made sure we gave the correct name twice. Thank you!
I went to a drive through to ordered because I have bad back and on the end I have to go inside cause they didn't put the sauce nor napkins its always something

The customer service was excellent. However, there was too much fat on the chicken. I haven't had KFC in a while.
Unfortunately my chicken was still very greasy. What a waste of money
