I love fried chicken but I’m not coming here anymore, I ordered an 8 piece fried chicken bucket online for pick up and paid in advanced. When I arrived, I was forced to wait in the drive thru line to pick up my order, when it was finally my turn at the window I was told that the “products” in my order (fried chicken) were not available and that I had to request a refund online with customer service then I was rudely told to pull forward and leave. Very disappointed with the customer service received I expected more from a food chain like KFC.
The restaurant has undergone quite a few changes in recent years, with some positive aspects and some not so great. The service was attentive, and the chicken sandwiches and mac and cheese were tasty. However, the fries could use some improvement. Additionally, they were out of the Mountain Dew I wanted. I do miss the potato wedges they used to serve.
The KFC was very clean overall, but there was one thing that stood out as dirty: the door. It was quite unpleasant, and I honestly didn't want to touch it. However, the windows were spotless. When I left, I had to use my foot to open the door. As for the food, it was the typical KFC fare.
I paid $37.11 for a 12-inch pizza, but when I got home, I realized the man didn’t give me the macaroni and cheese or the muffins. Make sure to double-check your order before leaving the parking lot.

They ripped out the buffet, say it’s because of Covid. Even though all the Chinese buffets are open Duff’s on US19. I think they ripped it out, so they can charge more for less.
Fast, friendly and accurate whether drive thru or dining in.. The prices have increased on this tasty fried chicken. But at least the flavor is still satisfying.
Nice employees on certain nights. Unfortunately, they always seem to be out of something hours before closing. Chicken sandwich, simple yet so delicious.
The quality of the food they serve here leaves much to be desired. There are plenty of other options in the area that provide more reliable service.
