I strongly advise avoiding this KFC location! The staff seems to lack basic competence. We've ordered delivery several times, and each order has had missing items. We waited a few months between attempts hoping things would improve, but we’re still disappointed. The receipt clearly shows two Pot Pie Fillups, and while there might be some confusion, we definitely ordered two but only received a drink and a cookie. This place seriously needs to improve its operations. There’s a much better option just 10 minutes away in Norwalk that gladly serves us!

The customer service was friendly and welcoming, but I encountered a problem with the food preparation. I saw the chef with his mask pulled down, wiping his nose with a gloved hand before continuing to cook. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they incorrectly identified someone else instead of the actual cook. Even after I clarified who I meant, my concern wasn’t addressed. It’s important to ensure proper hygiene during food preparation.
Service very very poor when buying inside, waited more than 30min for my order. The was no one on the tills and when asked to be served I was told can't you see we're busy. Never again buy at your KFC. Your employees have bad attitude.

I had a far better experience enjoying fried chicken at KFC than I did in the Bronx. I had promised myself I would never return, but someone convinced me to give it another try.
I went on a late night and the device was really slow : the establishment was dirty and the workers were rude . Chicken tasted okay !
