I ordered my food with KFC drive through. Staff were friendly. I got my food pretty quickly. There was not much of waiting. Nashville hot chicken tenders were not crunchy or crispy. I don't usually complain but for real I was so craving some fried chicken so I decided to get some KFC and i was very disappointed the food really was nasty and my order was jacked up. Showed up exactly at 8pm, door says dining room closes at 9 pm. Someone comes up and locks the door before I get a chance to get out of my vehicle to pick up a mobile order. I go through drive thru, and was told to pull forward after telling them I had a mobile order. Someone hands me food and a drink, doesn’t ask my name or anything. No customer service skills at all!
