Went to grab some dinner in Saturday night as I was craving greasy fried chicken and chips. They close at 11 pm. Arrived there around 9.45 pm. Poor workers are mostly young kids looking very tired and overworked. A girl took my order. 3 piece feed meal with extra large chips. She put 3 pieces of chicken in the box, then went on to take the order from drive thru window. Meanwhile my chicken were sitting on the bench getting cold. She told me that they ran out of mashed potato, would it be ok to swap with coleslaw. I said fine. She went away and then came back to say that they also ran out of bread roll, is it ok to replace with another piece of chicken. I said fine, whatever easier.Came home...
Went there on my way to Sydney. The weather was raining and cold. Parked out the front and walked in. The roof was leaking in about 6 different spots and water was all over the floor. ( major slip hazard ) ordered the meals for my family and went to was my hands, the toilets are worst than most council public toilets and small and bad design. When I returned to collect our meals the girl just yelled out the meals without any manners or respect for her customers. The tables and floors are covered with food and paper. We cleaned down our own table. Once we sat down to find no serviettes or spoons for the meals. Why include potato and gravy and not include a spoon or serviettes in the boxes???K...
As a rule we generally don't rate "fast food" outlets but have made an exception given that this review may influence its owners to put more effort into recruiting new employees and cleaning the place up. This is our "local" KFC & whilst we still come here and love and love it., over the last two years we have sadly seen the place slowly decline in service and cleanliness. (See photo's) The staff are young and seem seriously overwhelmed and overworked with very little direction or motivation. The food is still "finger licking good" and cost is always well worth it, but on this occasion and on many previous occasions the place is looking more and more like a pigs den.
I tried to grab a quick Twister and a shake!! 45 mins later I received my order, and the only reason I got this was because I asked for my meal. Got my food but had to ask about 7 mins later for my drink. There was only young man doing a very capable job on the register(Julian I believe his name was) but thats where it finished. Manager was on duty but didnt seem to worried that his restaurant was in chaos. People coming in from drive through with the wrong meal. There must have been about 60 people either waiting to be served or waiting for there meal. KFC Five Dock you need to reevaluate your whole process. Reserva una mesa ahora
I went to this restaurant around 7:15 pm on April 22nd, 2022 and had several complaints about my order. First, I ordered a 10-piece chicken wings meal, but only received 6 wings in the box. Additionally, they forgot to give us the drink and we had to come back and ask for it. There was also no package given with utensils like a spoon or napkin, making it difficult to eat the mashed potatoes. Lastly, the chicken in the burger was dry and salty. Overall, I was very disappointed with the experience and consider it the worst one I've had.
I visited KFC Fivedock this week and, like last time, I found it to be extremely dirty. The bins were overflowing, the floors and tables were filthy, and the toilets were so unclean that I couldn't bring myself to use the Ladies' room. This store is in desperate need of a thorough cleaning. The staff appeared disinterested and spent more time chatting behind the counter than actually cleaning. I will not be returning to this location.
