Kfc - Reservar una mesa

This KFC I usually go to lunch so the foods are hot and most of the time quite good. Once they forget to give you napkins on the drive-dru that disappear to me when you eat chickens that will melt on it. Waiting is not so long if they don't have the pieces you usually give you something else you like. Customer service is fine, just don't forget the napkins

I made an online order with the intention to go to pick up the order, but had to go through the drive-thru as the lobby was not open. Although I understand problems with staff, it would be nice to have at least enough access to a part of the lobby to pick up. The order was fresh and correct.
