Après une sortie ciné et avant de reprendre la route, une pause au KFC de Persan(95).Accueil moyen, la jeune fille qui nous sert alors que nous sommes 4 dans le Resto manque de sourire et de dynamisme.Je lui précise que nous ne connaissons pas. Elle enchaîne ses questions sans explication.A aucun moment, elle nous demande si nous avons une carte fidélité ( de plus en plus commun de nos jours?!)Nous nous asseyons pour manger et pile devant nous une affiche ventant l'intérêt de télécharger l'application kfc pour cumuler des points fidélité! Je le fais donc en mangeant. Notons qu'aucune affiche de ce type est à la caisse...Je me rend à la caisse pour demander à notre "dynamique et souriante" ve...

I find it null to make an order on site I miss my fries with the bacon cheddar, I wait 10 minutes for the assets so when I come back to the cold sandwich table. I miss the hoods on my menu. In addition I’m looking for my four ice creams I’m waiting for a good 15 minutes the staff make orders for them, laugh between them and more a hostess dance in front of me without even using the big anything and I’m saying what’s wrong with the person who serves me at the end of 15 minutes too busy watching her screen and she’s basically watching me talk about it I’ve really been very shocked by the reaction and the team. J'adore KFC (en général), mais celui ci manque d'amabilité et de service de la part du personnel. On a le strict minimum...Quand on a un bin pour des Tenders gratuits, on se fait remballer si on passe par une borne ! Faut passer en caisse et le dire !!! Encore faut il le savoir !Et j'en passe...Bref, pas top... une formation Amabilité leur ferai du bien, y compris au Manager !
Drive d incompétents.... Deux personnes et pour eux impossible de faire une commande sans se tromper.... Ce qui peut arriver mais obligé de revenir pour recuperer nos tenders.... Et la carrément on a fais c...r le manager mais faut s estimer heureux puisque on a eu une sauce en plus....bon aller sans rancune....enfin peut être pas......
We stopped at the KFC of Persian chambly to eat quietly around 15 hours. The wait for the order was longer than long. Servers don't even answer a simple hello. Even not smiling at customers, however, to laugh at each other no discomfort. We are very disappointed with this visit. We'll never see again.
Will I explain the interest of a fast food in France that closes at 10:30??? They've got too many numbers, they're doing this to give up competition.
