This is a combined KFC and A&W. I went there on two different occasions while in St George and had bad experiences both times. The first time I went there specifically to get some of their root beer and they ran out and said it would be 30 minutes to make more. 30 minutes? Shouldn 't you notice you are getting low and have more ready? On the second occasion I had a large chicken order to place so I tried to call ahead. I called the number twice and the phone just rang for a dozen times and then went to a fax machine. I ended up driving to the store to place the order. I ordered through Uber eats THREE total meals .. I got a call from an employee at KFC stating there wasn’t enough chicken to complete one of the orders (as it was nearing the end of the night I understand) but he said could substitute legs and thighs for the meal instead. He said there would be NINE chicken (instead of 8, super cool thanks dude) .. but when my food got delivered .. there was only THREE chicken thighs in there… and the sides I ordered were completely wrong. I have to admit I was hesitant to leave a review because I love KFC. But man this place has lost all ability to care about customers. Juat today I ordered the chicken sandwich meal with a rootbeer freeze. The fries, at least a dozen times now, are dried out and stale. More than likely just sitting in a tray for hours. Also, the freeze they gave me was just vanilla ice cream and they gave me a straw. And to top it off, they disconnected their phone line. Popeyes the new spot. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT QAULITY SERVICE AND FOOD.
The worst ever did an order online for pickup I get there the lobby sign said closed but people were still going in I went through the drive thru told them I ordered online they said they ran out of boned chicken and replaced it with tenders that were dry very little meat. Not really sure how many employees were working as two were sitting outside. It took nearly 30-45 minutes after pick up tomi just to get the food which was now cold and the drink was warm .. horrible horrible horrible.... I would give no Stars if possible

I will NEVER go to KFC AGAIN. it is the biggest RIP off I've ever seen. Can your believe they charge you almost $4 for 2 bites of mac n cheese??? Same with the mashed potatoes $4 for couple bites of those too.. I've literally never seen anything like it.It says individual size... individual for who???? A 6 month old? I am seriously so disgusted and disappointed. After spending$30 for dinner we had to go buy more food somewhere else. I am so angry how can a company get away with ripping people off likethat? Please please PLEASE. Somebody do something about the employees here! This is the 4th time our meal didnt have everything we played for! I am sick and tired of paying for food that we dont even get! PLEASE hire an entire new crew, preferably people that know what they are doing. This location needs some serious help. Dont go here unless you are prepared to pay for food you'll never get!
It's KFC what else needs to be said. They are super slow here, not sure about other locations as we only have this one here in St. George. It won't matter if you are the only one here... still slow. The staff is super nice and very helpful, did I say slow.... Anyway the service is great the food is KFC. Ya know!
We went to St. George Blvd's restaurant. A very rude employee said, Did you read the paper sign at the door? The dining room is closed?, in a Loud ignorant voice. We went out and went to Dairy Queen, where we were treated kindly and with the respect we deserved. We won't visit your store again.

Always have good expectations when we try to go there and constantly are disappointed. My fries from A&W had been sitting in grease for a long time , wifes KFC chicken in her bowl that she got were dry and old. Resturant got a facelift , but food did not.
