KFC - A & W - Reservar una mesa

This is a combined KFC and A&W. I went there on two different occasions while in St George and had bad experiences both times. The first time I went there specifically to get some of their root beer and they ran out and said it would be 30 minutes to make more. 30 minutes? Shouldn 't you notice you are getting low and have more ready? On the second occasion I had a large chicken order to place so I tried to call ahead. I called the number twice and the phone just rang for a dozen times and then went to a fax machine. I ended up driving to the store to place the order. We wanted a 16 piece bucket of Original Recipe and a 16 piece bucket of grilled chicken. When I ordered I was told they don 't do grilled chicken. I said, But your website says you do grilled chicken--right? She said, Yep. But you don 't serve it? Nope. And if you want to order extra crispy instead, it will be a 30 minute wait. When I mentioned I had tried to call ahead to avoid a situation like that, but no one answered she just smiled at me and said nothing. I ended up going elsewhere to eat. So disappointing because I love KFC and A&W and don 't have any near me in Georgia. Will not be stopping by when I come through St George next time.

I have to admit I was hesitant to leave a review because I love KFC. But man this place has lost all ability to care about customers. Juat today I ordered the chicken sandwich meal with a rootbeer freeze. The fries, at least a dozen times now, are dried out and stale. More than likely just sitting in a tray for hours. Also, the freeze they gave me was just vanilla ice cream and they gave me a straw. And to top it off, they disconnected their phone line. Popeyes the new spot. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT QAULITY SERVICE AND FOOD.

In town to visit relatives and staying at a nearby hotelWe love the fact they had A&W as well so we could get root beer floats to drink.

Two things I LOVE KFC chicken and A&W root beer.oh and fresh, hot cheese curds. We stopped in on a Sunday night around 8:40.
