I purchased the $4.95 hot and crispy boneless meal deal. It was appallingly bad. Of the 2 small chicken portions, one was a tiny piece of brown chicken and white fat in batter. The other was a small chicken wing with 2 bones in. I queried with the staff member who said one piece always has a bone in...unbelievable..What part of ' boneless ' means 50% bone. It was the most disgusting KFC I 've ever had. Presumably the owners think that they can get away with this on Hindley street. They 're probably right. Who 's going to complain to Trading Standards about 5 buck afternoon meal. Well I won 't ever go again and hope I 've warned others
Terrible restaurant. I have ordered 6 pieces of chicken and had only 5 in the box. The floor was terrible dirty (on a sunday eventing with nearly no customers). All tables were full of fat and food scraps. I had to clean a spot on a table to be able to eat the food without getting dirty. I didn't get tissues with my food. The chicken was very fatty and the chicken didn't seem to be the best quality. At least the fries were good and the stuff was friendly, but that's not enough for 2 Stars.
The place itself is solid for KFC outlets, I've yet to have any order issues, staff issues etc. All great in terms of quality and service. The only thing in my opinion which brings it down a touch is just the building itseld isn't built to effectively handle the heavy peak times i.e 9pm 1am on Friday/Saturday where I'm finding it to be constantly maxed out in terms of capacity. Staff and food quality though are great
It’s kfc on Hinley street, in other words dinner and a show. Always something entertaining on Hinley street and chicken really just adds to the ambience. Only grip is that it’s not that clean but it’s a kfc on Hinley next to a really bad club I don’t expect much. But a homeless guy smashing his guitar on the ground and a random woman screaming really makes the place special. Really captures the essence of Adelaide.

Fast service and great employees who need to be some kind of superheroes to treat some of the random crazy they are dealing with the place. Take out is best, avoid on Friday and Saturday nights as the place can end look like Dresden and the clientele can really mentally after dark.
The restaurant is located conveniently close to Arcade Train Station. The food is delicious, with fantastic options for chicken, desserts, and drinks. The fries are a bit small and could be cooked longer. The staff is very friendly, polite, and provides excellent service.
The staff at this restaurant were extremely friendly. I had not planned on eating anything, but when I came across a homeless person, I bought them some hot chips. After seeing someone else order a classic wrap, I decided to treat myself to one as well. It was delicious.
Always people in the store or sitting at the tables outside eating their KFC. This store is found on the north side of Hindley St, on a corner opposite a pub, about half way between the two sets of traffic lights (Morphett St and Leigh St). Friendly efficient service.

This is a bit of a hit and miss. Sometimes the service is excellent and the food is delivered quickly, other times it seems they are understaffed or don't have enough resources to get though orders quick enough. Depends on the time of day from what I could see
