This is my local so have a bit of experience here. The chips are good and well priced for generous servings. Hot chips are just the best thing to eat on the beach! The prices are reasonable considering the stellar location. Service is quick and...usually friendly. Fish is not always cooked well, not always as fresh as it could be, but it's random. try to order over their website, but it crashed. they called four times before they finally answered the phone. I ordered a few crumb fish and was told they didn't have any crumb fish at all. ordered some grilled fish and was said they would simply be sold out....Live the only seafood they had available was broken. this was about 5.45 in the middle of the week it was without a peak period. I've been here a couple of times over the last 3 years, portion sizes are significantly smaller every time. Be careful of how much he charges you as the last two times I've been, I've been overcharged. Food is hit and miss, well over or under cooked and everything in the fridges is overpriced. Do you reckon it would kill the guy to smile or talk to you? Fine for a quick take away if you're in the area but don't expect much.
I attempted to grab a bite to eat one morning at this restaurant and was denied entry because I required having my service animal with me in order to have any social interaction outside of my limited social group due to my autism.... This establishment might be manageable if I have someone with me who can briefly hold my dog while I place my order, but refusing a service animal is not permissible in any public setting.

I have given this place multiple opportunities to improve, but unfortunately it has not. I would not recommend ordering the scallop dish, as it seemed to be a lump of inedible dough with overcooked fish. It is disappointing to see such a poor display in such a promising location.
I have eaten too late, bad choice. burger, oh we don't use the grill anymore. coffee, no machine is out. that was a busy afternoon, the parking lot was full. Many people are there and that's what they say. no wonder that business fails!
This is worth a visit, food reasonably priced typical takeaway, service offhand, almost surly could do with a course in customer relations if it's that bad do something else.
