I am NEVER disappointed when I get Klasske’s food. Today there was a small mistake with my takeout order and the owner of Klasske’s went above and beyond when resolving the mishap. I originally ordered donairs and when I got home I noticed there...were only three. When I called back to explain, the situation was taken care of immediately by management in a professional and friendly manner. When I went back to pickup the rest of my food I was given a gift card for a free donair and a couple extra goodies in the bag which was unexpected but much appreciated. we are from england and on a road trip calgary to vancouver. we are in kamloops on a pitstop night before we go to whistler and take us for our hotel room. I'm telling you, we have a love too kebabs. we have. a local kebab shop to house that we use and absolutely love most of the weekends. the kebabs that we had tonight have thrown out the window completely! everything from the guy who takes the order (I like especially how to take the order individually with specific requirements for the delicious food itself was perfect. when I say it was delicious I don't exaggerate the read, the meat, the salad, so fresh and tasty. I can't blame anything I just wish you were home again!

Stopped in to try a donair while in Kamloops and ordered the falafel with all the veg and the house sweet sauce. It was good but I think I would forego the sweet sauce and opt for the hummus next time. Staff were quick and...friendly but my timing was poor as no less then skip the dishes drivers showed up just as I did. I have never seen so many driver in one place, they must have made over twenty donair while I waited for mine. Location was clean and price point was decent.

My wife, son and I enjoyed a very tasty Sunday lunch from this restaurant. My son enjoyed his vegan donair and my wife and were more than pleased with our chicken donairs. The quality of the food is notable. I just loved the taste of...of the pita that was used. Definitely will utilize the take-out option when we are in Kamloops again. Service was friendly and quick. Highly recommend.

My first time trying this spot after hearing so many good things, and it was incredible. Staff were friendly, accommodating and efficient. And the food was incredible! I had the falafel donair and it was flavourful and delicious. Will be back!
