we have eaten here a few times on our first trip to gengenbach and also on the last trip. once we ate in the beer garden. no one was there and we waited and waited and finally a man came out. I couldn't say if he was rude or just tried to be funny. it was a difficult experience to accept our order. next time we ate in. there are two inside parts - the bar and the restaurant. the bar is clearly the main venue. when we sat down, two women played video games. no one came back. we went, but we saw nowhere else in the city where we wanted to eat this evening, so we went back. the two women were still there, they showed us that we had to ring what we did, and the waitress came. that was in order....
Wer auf Biergarten 0815 zu einem halbwegs Normalen Preis steht is hier genau richtig, Pommes und Nuggets waren einwandfrei frittiert, bei den Regulären Essen setzte es dann aber aus... schade. Wir sind spontan, nach einer telefonischen Voranmeldung in der Klosterstube eingekehrt. Herzlich und „h“ehrlich wurden wir empfangen. Das essen war der Hammer. Qualität und Quantität waren klasse.
