I arrived at 3:45 to pick up an online order and decided to use the drive-thru since I had done so before. However, the woman at the window told me I needed to go inside with an unhelpful attitude. My mom went in to collect the order, and when we got home, we discovered that my Turkey Bacon Avocado sandwich was missing the avocado, and the salad was without cilantro dressing. I had to drive back to the cafe and explained the issue to the same woman, who just gave me a look instead of helping. Thankfully, another employee was very understanding and issued a refund. I hate writing not so great reviews, but after having this experience twice at two different locations— I hope this gets the attention it needs. The employees were fine, and the food as always is great. We love kneaders, however waiting in a drive-thru line for over 20-30min to receive our order of ONE sandwich— it was insane. The location was not busy at all. Neither was the inside sitting—usually I like to give the benefit of the doubt, but this is the second location here that made us never want to get food from kneaders in st.George , again. The employee never apologized for the clearly long wait and didn’t even seem phased by it. Great food, just don’t have 30minutes to spend in a drive...
.5 stars because 1 is generous. Twice now I have placed an order no less than 3 hours before my scheduled pick up, and twice now I?ve waited 45+ minutes in the pick up spot just to go in to get it myself to find my food hasn?t even been started yet? with noone in the restaurant or drive through. I?m not sure where the manager is, if there even is one, but he/she needs to be demotedand retrained and employees need to be put in check. Absolutely garbage service, do better.
I'm a huge fan! Even though the croissant supply situation is tough, I had called another place initially, and they were out too. But then they called back to let me know they had a few available and could take my order over the phone! Life is good. It took a few minutes to prepare my order, but it was definitely worth the wait. The lava cake was delicious too!

I ordered takeout from Kneaders Bakery Cafe, so my review focuses solely on the food. The tomato soup paired with the sourdough bread is absolutely delightful! I also got the turkey sandwich, which was tasty too, but the tomato soup really stands out as my favorite. I highly recommend it!
Because it was 1:30 PM in the afternoon, there was no line, but still the food was fresh and very well made. They are not stingy with the meat. They use a good lettuce and tomato. The bread was very tasty. Our service was quick and correct. The personnel were friendly and accommodating.
Ordered the turkey bacon avocado sandwich and they had barely any turkey on it and avocado was old. Never had this happen before at this location. Pretty disappointed. Of course didn?t think to check before I left and noticed once I got home.
Charming service, delicious salads, and the desserts are simply stunning. There's something for everyone, making it perfect for a family outing or a fun lunch with friends. The atmosphere is adorable!

absolutely fantastic! total a 10/10 experience. the atmosphere was great, and it was eating more. order the croissant with speck, cheese and eggs.
