Every time I come lately it’s always something. I used to love getting my coffee here because it was good but now the business just sucks. I travel 4-5 hrs here for school and I would look forward to this coffee. Last time I came they closed the kitchen 1 hour before closing plus they didn’t tell me till after I paid. Now I come and they aren’t taking any orders 30 minutes before closing since their system was apparently down. Which they could’ve taken cash if that was the case. The lady was rude when she said so as well. I worked customer service before and we would take orders till the last minute of closing. If the system was down we would take cash. Additionally, it seems like a growing trend, but the "bowl" here is actually just a large cup, which makes it difficult to eat from and mix the ingredients together. I would love to see them serve the Acai in lower, wider bowls. I also wished I could have recycled the 32oz cup in a proper bin—I may have just missed it.
Be mindful of the prices, as they tend to be on the higher side. Remember, price is what you pay, while value is what you receive. Overall, though, I think it's a great concept with quality offerings and a positive experience today. I will return and recommend it to others!
Amazing amazing matcha—seriously the BEST matcha in Orange County!! I’ve been all over to find the matcha spot and Krisp is always number one. It can’t be topped. The avocado toasts are also delicious and there’s plenty of options. The pastries are awesome and the atmosphere is excellent. Every wait has been worth it for such consistent quality that never disappoints. Deserves more than five stars—please try Krisp out! :
I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. Upon entering, none of the staff bothered to greet or acknowledge me. I waited for 10 minutes to pick up an Uber Eats order for a customer, and during that time, not one of the three employees made any effort to assist me. Frustrated, I decided to leave and cancel the Uber Eats order. Service rating: 1/5.

We ordered nitro cold brew and were surprised to find ice in our drinks, which I've never seen at a nitro coffee place before. The atmosphere of the restaurant is fantastic, but the staff didn't match the vibe. It was quite crowded during our visit! We didn't try any food, so I can't comment on its quality. Overall, I'll give the food a rating of 3/5.
I brought three of my adult kids and we enjoyed salads, avocado, toast, and a bowl. It was all very delicious with lots of fresh ingredients. We dined outside on the patio while my daughter had her dog with her which was very convenient. There was nice music, playing, and, the restaurant and restaurants were clean and invitingFood: 5/5
One of my favorite places, especially for acai. The lime cabana has a really great base and the fruit is always fresh. The tropical iced tea is worth trying if you like a simple tea with a nice fruity flavor.Food: 5/5

You can order through their self ordering monitors, its faster and user friendly. They have a variety of specialty drinks which is worth trying! Pastries are good too. The place is nice and quiet.Food: 5/5
Matcha was pretty good. Bagel and Nutella croissant weren’t great. Also they didn’t start making my to-go order until I signed a clipboard…weird.
