Stopped off at this Krispy Kreme after visiting the Nike Factory Outlet and wanted to grab some doughnuts before heading to Sydney Speedway.The response from the staff member who served us was great. My retired parents were with me and unsure of what they wanted so weren't rushed to make a choice and even offered some advice on what might be good. As we left my father noticed they made coffee and remarked how that would be a great idea to sit inside and enjoy a doughnut and coffee as it was clearly a clean and relaxed environment.
If the staff could work a little faster, they would be asleep. Not only did we wait 15 minutes to be served (with 4 employees), but we also had to remind the team manager about the carry-out we needed to be reimbursed for when they accused us. The food was delicious, but the overall experience of leaving was painful.
Absolutely disgusting place to visit. Floors had rubbish everywhere. I was eating with my family on top of a rubbish tip. Tables not cleaned my wife used a baby wipe to clean our table as no staff (run by young people) did not take inititative to go out and clean anything. Disgusted will not return here.
Donuts as good as ever and the coffee was great. However the floor was unswept and unclean with food debris all over the place and empty tables were left unwired for new guests - do your own! Very sad. Next time I'll go to McDs next door where the wifi actually works rather than KK.

I did not enjoy my experience at the Krispy Kreme store. The traffic was terrible at 5 o'clock in the afternoon, and I wish there was a location closer to Bankstown. Additionally, I found it odd that the elderly woman working there was giving me strange looks.
This Krispy Kreme has become a little ritual for Sunday morning coffee and treats. The store opens early, serves great hot coffee that tastes great and provides newspapers to help pass the time while enjoying the coffee.
This Krispy Kreme outlet is bright and airy and well maintained. The donuts and other sweet treats are well known however the best thing for a great Sunday morning is the really good coffee and the newspaper to read.
The kids love going here and choosing their favourite donuts. There are lots to choose from. They taste best heated in the microwave so make sure you get some to go.

Just had a chocolate thick shakeWouldn't recommend itTasted creamy but didn't have a taste of real chocolate or ice cream.
My boys love Krispy kremes and this place gave them all their faves. A nice place to stop for a treat.
