Pulled up, waited 7 minutes to get to the speaker. Only one car ahead. After sitting at the speaker for 5 min and listening to background chatter from inside via the employees headset, I asked Hello, I 'm sorry, were you talking to me? I was told, I wasn 't talking to you. Then, another 6 minutes passes, I say, Hello, are y 'all ready for me? . Told, Please, look over the menu and I 'll be back . I said, I 've been here over 10 minutes, I already know . No response from inside. 5 cars behind me at that point. Waited another 5 minutes at that point. The car interior of me has been gone a few minutes. I would have never been addressed with out initiating conversation. The was only 1 car in front of me when I pulled up. I should have left after I was told to look over them menu. This is the second time this year I 've sat there over 10 minutes with no response. Not sure if there is a staffing issue, but no excuse for absent customer response time. I will most likely not be back at this point. Whomever owns this store and corporate need to conduct an internal investigation. I 'd strongly advise this franchise owner restaff and reevaluate to protect their investment.
