Tonight me and my family of 8 in 2 separate vehicles stop at your location where we attempted to enter the restaurant to dine and were told that the dinning area was closed, time was 6: 45 which was told by the management to use drive thru which we compiled so we placed our order and drove to a family members house to a kids birthday party we were attending, got to our destination and realized that we were missing 8 burgers and cheese fries so we returned after calling several times, when I arrived i ask to speak with a manager and expressed our issue to her and omg all hell broke out because she attempted her team had not misunderstood the order and got mad at us with an attitude that I per...

I ordered 3 separate orders my burgers had mustard, and I said no mustard my very first time ordering food from this company its the worst and on top of that we were missing a whole order I went back and the manager was very very disrespectful and got upset at us because her team misunderstood the order, Your Manager Tia needs a course in anger management and retake any classes or test that may improve her anger and improvement in customer service!! I must say this was a terriable experience for me and 2 car loads of people.. I hope this situation gets fixed asap. The reason for going thru the drive thru because 7pm at night and your inside is closed why ?

Legitimately every time you try and order food it's a long wait. They want you to just give up and go elsewhere. The workers essentially just want to sit there and do nothing while on the clock. They act like you showed up at a bank asking for food. It's the worst Krystals around.

The service at this Krystal's has always been poor, but it's only getting worse. It's no surprise that there are rarely any customers in line. With terrible customer service and subpar food, I really don't know how they manage to stay in business. Reserva una mesa ahora

It was 10:32 when I went through the drive-thru, and they told me they only had three burgers left and wouldn't be making any more. It's Saturday! They need to get a new district manager or consider shutting down.

I can't share my experience since we arrived at 11:05 PM on a Saturday night, but the lights were off and there was no one available to take our order. Google listed them as being open until midnight.
