Carmen was exceptional during my visit to the restaurant. I waited in line for 40 minutes, but upon realizing that there were only two cars in front of me who were using DoorDash, I understood the delay. When I reached the window, Carmen immediately apologized and I could see that she was managing the entire operation single-handedly. Despite being overwhelmed, she remained composed and even handled the food preparation herself. Carmen handed me my order and apologized once again, to which I commended her on her hard work and asked for her name. Despite its negative reputation, I had a craving for Krystal today and decided to give it a shot. When I went through the drive-thru, the staff greeted me warmly. I ordered the number 1 combo with a large Coke. The person who took my order and payment was very courteous, and as I drove off, they wished me an enjoyable meal. The food was fantastic, with crispy, well-seasoned fries and tasty Krystals. I want to extend my gratitude to the staff working on April 9th, 2022, around 2 PM for their excellent service. I will definitely be coming back because of them.
I encountered some rude treatment from the cashier during my visit. I've generally had great experiences here, but the host, who wouldn't share her name, rushed my order even after I apologized for the complexity of it. She seemed more focused on getting the order done than providing good service. On a positive note, April is always kind and helpful. However, the white woman with brown hair needs to improve her customer service skills, and if she's not willing to do so, she might want to think about a different line of work.
The food was prepared promptly after we placed our order and delivered directly to our car as soon as it was ready. The staff members were all very friendly and were diligently following safety protocols to ensure the wellbeing of both customers and employees, which we truly appreciated. It is rare for me to have such a perfect experience where everything and everyone was excellent. Thank you for the fantastic service, we can't wait to come back again!

There was only one person inside and another outside smoking and on the phone—maybe on a break. It took a long time for someone to take my order. The car that was at the food window when we arrived stayed there for another 30 minutes. Because of this, we never reached the food window. After waiting 30 minutes from the time we ordered, we decided to leave, still stuck behind the same car that was supposed to be picking up food.
The staff at Krystal were very friendly, the service was excellent, and the restaurant was clean. They promptly brought my food to the table. Wayne Wilson enjoyed the good food and the diverse menu offered at Krystal.
I waited 40 minutes in the drive-thru line, and when I finally got my Cheese Krystals, they were cold. Definitely disappointed, especially after such a long wait expecting hot food.
