What a gem of a beautiful place! One of those small independent places that are becoming rare these days. Their bagel is amazing, they explained to me that it is not a hard bagel because it is not boiled like the usual, but steamed! (I could have got that wrong) Coffee and cookie amazing. The best part are the people, the owners are just the most wonderful human beings you ever want to meet, with a personal touch and care that you do not see everywhere. I was only passing through on my bike ride across US, found this place accidentally. Now I wish I was a local so I could go there regularly. Thank You Mrs. K and Mike!
This is the restaurant that my boyfriend and I have made our special spot. The atmosphere is incredibly inviting, and you always leave feeling like part of the family. They truly put their hearts into every meal and every cup of coffee. All of their sandwiches are fully customizable, so you can enjoy the same sandwich in countless ways. I've never left this place feeling anything but satisfied and enriched by delightful conversation. It's the first place I recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic new spot to call their own. There's absolutely no way you won't love it here!
We stopped here on our way to the west coast and happened to hit their five year anniversary and got a free lunch. The food was great and the chocolate chip cookies were warm and some of the best cookies we’d all had (definitely get some! . They are so welcoming and friendly and we would highly recommend the cafe to anyone.
We had a great experience today. We showed up to K’s Koffee and Deli only to find it closed. But Mike and Linda, the owners, happened to be there, brought us in and made lunch for us anyway. We had great food and even better conversation. If you are traveling through Wyoming, this is well worth a stop.

Got the Stallion as a Panini, was absolutely wonderful,Served with a chocolate chip cookie which was SO good! Also Ordered a Stawberry Smoothie (100% fruit smoothie! If You are passing through, i would Recommend. The owner was so friendly and kind,Gave us some knowledge about the Surrounding areas.
I can't believe it took me so long to visit this place! The food is incredible, the staff is wonderful, and the service is excellent! The atmosphere is comfortable and immaculately clean. It's truly top-notch! I highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back!
Great reviews brought us to K's. Super, fabulous sandwiches. Allow extra time to visit with owners. Felt like I made new friends. Greeted outside by owners. Inside is adorable...warm and inviting. Plenty to pick from on menu. I made my own sandwich combo.
The service was excellent! The owners were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. The food was tasty, and we particularly loved the chocolate chip cookie that accompanied our meal. This place is absolutely worth a stop off I-90!

I asked my smart phone what the best sandwich shop near me is while at a swim meet and the best review was for K’s. It was the furthest away but we drove there anyway and we are glad we did! Excellent service and the sandwiches were awesome!
Fantastic food and wonderful staff! The quality of the ingredients is exceptional, and every dish on the menu has its own unique charm. This restaurant is definitely a reason to return to Gillette!
