This place isn't horrible. We like their food a lot and this place was our go to for breakfast in the morning. I particularly enjoy their sandwiches — good stuff! However, there is this one girl who answers the phone sometimes when we place our order. I'm not sure why it is difficult for her to follow directions or practice basic human decency. Classic Brooklyn deli. Love it. The menu is extensive and the bagels are what you want when you're in New York; chewy, thick, large, and tasty. They have all the flavors. Since it was early, I ordered the breakfast sandwich — eggs, Canadian bacon (yup), cheese (real, not reconstituted oil BS), on a cinnamon raisin bagel. I just watched the old guy that took my order scratch his head back of his ear and used thesame hand to put my sandwich together and used his dirty apron to clean the knife he used to to slice my sandwich disgusting.
Ask for a tuna melt here, and thank me later! Simply delicious. Friendly and attentive staff too. My go to place for lunch and the bakery is the bomb! I love the German butter cake here too!!

Why am I being charged twice for bread?!? I only had a hero, had I realized this earlier I definitely would’ve went back! This is crazy! We won’t be returning here!!
Bagels are always fresh and delicious. All food made fresh and tasty. Clean environment and employees are friendly.
