La Baracca - Reservar una mesa

This place was highly recommended, but we were a bit uncertain when we arrived, a shed at the end of the carpark for the gondola, little lighting and uneven steps. We arrived with a booking, but the restaurant was already full and very noisy with people waiting. The owner kept us assured that everything would be OK; and it was.When we eventually sat down, things livened up, the food, the music (a 3 piece from Seattle were great), and the owner then became the DJ, dancing and signing continued until very late (including "Men at Work").Don't miss this for something different in St Moritz.

My family and I went to a party at La Baracca. The restaurant isn't the prettiest to look at but it has a cosy feel once you get inside. The service was friendly, the food was decent but the wine was pretty average - maybe we chose poorly. Once the music started, we danced into the early hours. Great fun.Recommended if you want something a bit different

I find it strange that there was no menu. It was all written on the walls and we don't understand the ingredients. I ate linguini pasta with vegetables. Vegetables was just pepper and onion it was very bad. Untasteful. There don't accept credit cards only money. After several hours dj played very good music and we dance A lot.

What a great find La Baracca is! We had a fairly large group of 12 and were amazed how the food was so well prepared and served hot. The band playing was top-tier also and made the warm inviting atmosphere even better.

This place is always fun, great atmosphere, great food, very nice staff, if you are in the mood for a party this is the place to go!
