Wir waren eine Woche in Zermatt und zwei Mal im La Barrique Abendessen.Da Zermatt im Allgemeinen überall sehr fleischlastig ist, habe ich mich über die Auswahl von 4 Vegimenus im La Barrique sehr gefreut. Vor allem der Quinoaburger mit Currylinsen und Süsskartoffelfrites war super gut. Die Vegetarischen, wie auch die Gerichte mit Fleisch (die mein Mann nahm), waren sehr fein. Bei schönstem Wetter fanden wir am Mittag noch einen schattigen Platz auf dem schönen Gartensitzplatz. Die Speisekarte bot neben kleinen Gerichten auch Klassiker wie Kalbsleber mit Rösti. Alles daran war hervorragend zubereitet. Auch der Salat war liebevoll präsentiert und sehr frisch. Auf der Weinkarte fanden sich einige schöne Tropfen auch im Offenausschank. We were happy to start our holiday at this restaurant but our experience was ruined. My husband even got sick after eating their meat. So if you like food poisoning and all it’s magic please be our guests. But we will certainly never come back.
