This small restaurant is run by a young couple who gave us a warm welcome and friendly, efficient service. Truite aux amandes, which came with an interesting vegetable accompaniment, a plate of cheeses and an ice cream were washed down with a bottle of Grande Ardeche chardonnay and a quarter of local rose. At the end of the meal the chef came to explain his philosophy of using fresh ingredients to produce simple dishes. At around 70 Euros this was excellent value and the restaurant is highly recommended.
i was walking towards teh streets of aubena when i found thes restaurant which for its price looked amazing,but as i oneday walekd in at 1/13 pm i was told sorry we are afulll,even so the were tables empty,so i tried agin and again but thjey were always fulll,the waitress is not what you can call very kind,but one day i got in and my world whata a splendid food it was,but the waitrress was not very kind to me or even to other customer's shame reallly
Delicious. A corner, but a nice corner! Sweet and hearty salads. A wonderful tartar. The chestnut marrow is the best I ate in the area. And the addition is really reasonable. Excellent price. The evening in the shade on the terrace with a light air current it is very well and otherwise welcoming room
Weekend in Ardèche, discovery of the restaurant while wandering the streets of Aubenas. What can I say except a superb surprise, everything is top notch, I recommend 100%. Congratulations and admiration for the owner who insures everything alone. WELL DONE !

Super good products, service with smile, boss listening to this customer. In town center but parking nearby so accessible very easily. I recommend this local restaurant in Aubenas. :D
