I rate the restaurant and not the hotel. The location is not the most glamorous, the interior of the restaurant room is not really better, the wall works stuck to the fixing paste which overflow the frame do not give this room a better image . It 's a shame the staff, in particular there was only one waiter for an apparently very quiet Wednesday evening, are very pleasant and professional. The meal is OK but nothing very original. The tuna was very undercooked to avoid being too dry, but unfortunately inedible because 'naturally ' too salty, according to the waiter, on a bed of vegetables without sauce. A little more cooking to reduce the saltiness and a good sauce would surely be more judic...

The staff is very welcoming, they do everything they can to make pleasant the stay of the guests. Upon arrival, a little late for lunch, the person in charge was very nice to serve us a small salad of tomatoes whose seasoning put them in value, it was a delicious tasting... La Bourrine is good to find and you will receive extraordinarily friendly. It is located at a very good starting point for many companies. Our room was nice large, airy, bright and tip-top. very beautiful establishment a room that deserves to have a more refined cuisine with a dressage of dishes in relation. very fine frog thighs. eels would have deserved a just crispy kitchen and a separate dress on a bed of mesclun. disappointed.
