Fantastic. A table in the middle of the kitchen of the gourmet restaurant Chez Meyer’s of the hotel Regina. This one room restaurant/kitchen offers a wonderful and intimate dining experience. Watching the chef prepare the food and seeing the extraordinary lengths they go to source local specialities was lovely and we enjoyed every one of our 8 tasting courses. I also appreciated the idea of mixing fine dining and expert service with a down to earth attitude, good ambience and flexible choices of wine or beer recommendations. This is not a cheap restaurant. This is a five course dining experience that was great. Set in a private room off the kitchen for Chez Meyer's in the Hotel Regina. Each course was served by either the chef himself or one of the staff. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Very nice and good food and the location of the restaurant is located in the region around Wengen.
