La Cabane - Reserva de mesa

We went here 4 years ago on our last day so were determined to go again. As normally busy we booked 3 days early. On the day, due to heavy winds most lifts were closed so we were lucky to be above La Cabane and could ski down. 3 guys walked up! They have a wonderful selection of food and wine, they love to bbq some excellent meats. Due to the winds we sat inside but they do have a great terrace too. Excellent place to spend several hours enjoying food, wine and ambiance then skiing back.

Couldn’t recommend enough booking at La Cabane for dinner. Fun spot for a drink during the day but in the evening you can book a table and be collected from the village in a snowcat (piste basher) and taken up the mountain to the restaurant...for dinner. The staff were very accommodating and welcoming. The food was brilliant. The staff were the best part, very friendly, couldn’t do enough for you. Very good menu too.

We visited recently the food is very good however is very expensive. Two of the meals didn't arrive for a long period of time however after asking were they were, they then arrived. Skiing to the cabane was not possible so they picked us up in a car from the piste.However this got stuck so we had to walk back after the meal. It is a good place however won't be rushing back with the prices and they are.

Great views but it's a very busy place and they don't seem to have the staff to cope. The food was ok, I ordered half a chicken but there wasn't much meat on it. Some friends enjoyed their meals though especially the lamb shank. Burgers are huge if you really need filling up. Ordering drinks was painful and hit and miss, hence we didn't go back that week but tried other places. Reserva una mesa ahora

We couldn’t wait to come back here having visited a few years ago, was a definite food highlight then with delicious high quality food, excellent service and great tunes! New ownership sadly has gone for high volume, low quality. Very sad. Won’t be back. Off...to Signal tomorrow and will probably be booking there for the rest of the week.

we went twice two years a piece in the cabane and every time the waiter was rude with us! the personal seems stressed and overwhelmed. we did not cost the two experiences and will never go back. we had a very nice and welcoming experience in chantebise the day after. that's just the run from the cabane.

Great French onion soup for lunch. We stopped as a big group here, and they coped with us well. The french onion soup comes in an enormous vat, and is certainly a meal in itself. We also came on a separate day at the end...of the day to enjoy a sundowner quieter than the Folie Douce just up the hill!

we kept seeing this one whilst on the Marmottes chair lift so decided to ski down to it. We had a few drinks outside mid afternoon, not at all busy. Reserva una mesa ahora

Great evening out, meal with a view. Piste basher ride up was great fun! Very cosy, good kids meals but adults chips were cold. Very expensive.

A lovely place with ski equipment on the walls and a welcoming (slightly kitsch) ambiance.
