530 Sunday night. It was crowded. Very loud. Beers list on the monitor above the bar hope you sit near it. The QR code on the menu does not work. It took 50 mins for pulled pork sandwiches, not for the whole table only 3, the rest of the sandwiches were 10 mins later. My husband’s sandwich was cold. There was so much fat on my brisket, no one bothered to look at what they put on the plate. Which is sad considering all you get is brisket, no sides. We order the burnt ends (fatty). Surprisingly kid friendly. Lots of finger foods. Very tasty. Nice picnic table-style indoor table, perfect height for our toddler. The brisket and pit sauce was fantastic. The kids also liked the loaded potato skins. The airline chicken was good too. Kids really enjoyed it. Patrons and staff were friendly. Had high chairs a available. The portions seem a bit smaller than you'd expect, but with sides and a drink, it's probably just right. We did not leave hungry. The brisket really was rich but seasoned well. Very delicious with the acidic (in the best way) pit sauce and pickles. Glad to have options with lots of fresh vegetables. Kid-friendliness: Kids loved it.
We got the loaded nachos with brisket and they were the best nachos we've had in a long time. Drinks were delicious (good beers/selection and awesome cocktail) and the service was amazing. Andrew our seviler was super friendly, attentive without being in your face and helpful with drunk selections. Very clean and loved the plants they had inside and out. We will definitely be returning!
I was looking for an easy dinner and beer. I found La Cabra Brewing Smoke house. Omg what a find. The beer is perfect and the food is to die for.
